When can I expect to receive a refund?Once the package arrives at our warehouse, we will review the returned products and confirm they are in adherence with the above policies. Returns are subject to review and will not be approved for refund until all products are received and reviewed by our warehouse team. Any return that does not comply with the above policies may be rejected or may be subject to a restocking fee, at our discretion.
Books in new, salable condition† may be returned within 60-days of purchase, with prior approval. To receive return authorization, please call our Customer Service team.
